I think that mothers should come out of the four walls of their homes for a job. The fact is – “A girl, starting from her childhood has a dream to do something and touch the sky”. I think a woman as a mother can manage both the duties and household work and her job. She has the nature which can accommodate both the responsibilities well. She has the right to be self dependent instead of being dependent on her husband.  “What is the problem if a mother goes out to make a small world of herself? Nothing!”  This way children can have two different environments. She can have a new environment also. The best example is our teachers. They have the capability of managing the school and home as well. If they can do it so perfectly, we think all mothers can shoulder both the responsibilities efficiently. Going out for job does not mean that mothers ignore their duties towards their family. It means they are more skilled and confident in creating a new and innovative platform for their children to groom and attain new heights. For our self  interests we should not restrict our mothers. We should welcome and support her in all her decisions. If she has the caliber to manage both, nobody has the right to stop her. Tushti Tanwar VID Sundaram House
