Dr. Subhash Jain the Founder & Chairman of Silver Line Educational Trust is a leading and well known Tax Consultant of the entire northern region. Dr. Subhash Jain an educationist is a Law Graduate & done PH.D in Philanthropy. He started his career as a tax consultant in Ghaziabad in 1979.

He is a positive thinker with long term plans to achieve success in spirit and all-round development of the Silverline with focus on building core competency and a natural environment for learning through creative involvement. 

Naman Jain, a young educator and a visionary, is also an administrator extraordinaire. Naman attributes his success to his humble background, learning ability and a insatiable desire to promote high quality education. A bright student himself, after completing his basic education from India, he went on to acquire a degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA and Glasgow Caledonian University, respectively.

He noticed two urgent Indian education changes. First, shifting from marks to skills, and second, ongoing teacher training. Reforms take time, but it only takes one person to lead. Naman followed his instincts and worked hard to help pupils improve and display their talents. He eagerly focused on creating industry-based real skills and capabilities in his pupils, rather than just theoretical ability.

Apart from being a passionate educator, Naman is also tremendously dedicated to the awareness of breast cancer. A humanitarian by heart, he has been working on campaigns for creating awareness on the issue. Recently, as President of the Rotary Club, he donated Mammography Bus used for testing breast cancer in Delhi. His spirit of altruism can be assessed from the fact that during his college days in States, he worked with his close friends in connecting a few villages with a nearby river to reduce water scarcity in the area. Ever since then, he has worked for many social causes.

With over 25 years of experience in the field of education, Dr. Gita Joshi is a dedicated educationist and a visionary leader. Her career spans a wide spectrum—from establishing schools and designing curricula to efficiently managing complex educational organizations. Deeply committed to the transformative power of education, she focuses on creating joyful and meaningful learning experiences that leave a lasting impact on young minds.

Dr. Joshi's professional journey reflects her adaptability and thought leadership in a constantly evolving educational landscape. She is a strong advocate of collaborative learning environments that empower all stakeholders. At the heart of her philosophy lies a belief in self-directed learning and in nurturing the inherent strengths of each learner, enabling them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Academically, Dr. Joshi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Delhi University, Master’s degrees in Education and English Literature, and a PhD in Education. She is also certified in the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP). Her professional development includes participation in prestigious workshops and training programs conducted by institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

Dr. Joshi's rich academic background, coupled with decades of practical experience, enables her to bridge educational theory and classroom practice effectively. She continues to inspire both educators and students by reimagining education as a dynamic, inclusive, and empowering journey.

Mr. Pranav Jain is an Electronics & Telecommunication Engineer and has done M.Tech in the same field. He has more than 18 years of professional experience in various fields. He has the mix of technical & administrative knowledge.
Before becoming a part of SLPS he gained he gained his experience by working in different industries. He worked as Head of the Department of Instrumentation & Control in a renowned company. To enhance his skills in public dealing and power of persuasion he worked in the field of marketing also.
Further, as Director Operations he joined Roorkee Engineering & Management Technology, Shamli. He had applied skills learnt from the industry for welfare of students of REMTech. Under his Guidance College has established “Centre for Professional Counselling (CPC)” which aims to bridge the gap between the Industry & Academia. He was responsible for operations in the college, from the procurement to daily routine working.
In year 2019 he joined SLPS as School Manager. He has excellent leadership skills and multi-tasking strengths and broad experience with a superb work ethic. He is an experienced and dedicated educator bringing forth expertise in creation of academics environment as well as committed to facilitating safe and powerful learning experience to students.

Deepti Sawhney has established herself as a leader at the forefront of educational transformation. With over two decades of experience, her strategic vision and innovative approach have empowered educators, reshaped schools and set new benchmarks in teaching and learning.

Under her leadership, Mahattattva has emerged as a key player in integrating technology into education, developing teacher capacity and promoting progressive pedagogies. Deepti’s extensive expertise is reflected in her roles as a Google for Education Innovator, an Apple Professional Learning Specialist and a Google Champions Ambassador. Recognised among the 75 Women Leaders (India) by UN Women, she has built a reputation as a thought leader committed to driving meaningful change.

Her career includes pivotal roles such as ICT Leader at The British School and Head of ICT Initiatives at Learn Today, Learning Division of the India Today Group, where she led groundbreaking projects. Notable achievements include developing the technology curriculum for Bhutan’s Royal Academy and designing India’s first MOOC on blended learning for CBSE, which reached over a million users during the pandemic. These milestones underscore her ability to combine strategic foresight with practical solutions.

Deepti’s initiatives have garnered global recognition, including the Microsoft Innovative Teachers’ Leadership Award, the BETT Asia Leadership Award and international acclaim for her project Design Thinking for Social Change. This project, studied at the University of Pennsylvania, reflects her capacity to align educational strategies with broader societal impact.

Her expertise extends beyond programme development. As a certified professional in Distributed Leadership, Educational Leadership from IIM-Calcutta and the Question Formulation Technique from Harvard Graduate School of Education, she is skilled at building collaborative ecosystems that empower stakeholders at every level. She has also taught Design Thinking for School Leaders at IIM Calcutta.

In addition to her leadership roles, Deepti has pursued specialised training in key areas that enhance inclusive and differentiated instruction. She is certified in ESL in the Mainstream for the Early Learner and Teaching ESL Students in Mainstream Classrooms, both offered by the Government of South Australia, Department of Education and Children’s Services. Her expertise also extends to Gifted Education and Higher Order Thinking: Improving Learning Outcomes for Every Student, equipping her with the skills to address diverse learner needs and foster academic excellence across varying abilities. These specialisations reflect her commitment to ensuring that every student receives meaningful, high-quality learning opportunities.

Deepti has also served as a mentor for three consecutive years at Together 5.0, an international venture competition organised by the Schulich School of Business, York University. She is a sought-after speaker at prominent forums, including CBSE’s National Annual Conference of Sahodaya School Complexes. Her focus remains on fostering creativity, critical thinking, and adaptability—qualities essential for navigating the evolving educational landscape. Through Mahattattva, Deepti continues to lead with purpose, steering education towards a future where innovation meets inclusivity and learning is a tool for transformation.

A passionate Core team member of Silver Line Prestige School, Dr Aruna is holding two Doctorates one in Education and the other in Management. She is Master’s in Management, Master’s in Education and Master’s in English. She has also been awarded her LL.B. degree in 2021. A student by heart studying is a continuous process for Dr Aruna.
Dr Aruna is associated with school since 2004. With over 25 years of experience , both in corporate and education sector, she is well versed with industry norms. Her major expertise includes analysing requirements and providing backhand solutions related to various departments like Admissions Cell, School Transport, School canteen, School uniform and School stationery (Books etc.) , thus co-ordinating and liaisoning with the various stakeholders like parents, publishers and suppliers. Dr Aruna is also the Director of College of Education (CoEd), a Teacher Education Institute, running in the same campus since 2004, governed by Silverline Educational Trust.
With around two decades of association with the school, Dr Aruna has grown with the school. Connecting herself to all aspects, in and outs, she has become an asset to the institution. Dr Aruna believes in philosophy of updating and upgrading herself with changing times. Dr Aruna’s  positive attitude towards life and a flexible outlook towards work, makes her altogether special.
